``I participated in TCS world 10K run on 18th May and finished the 10 km run with 78 minutes. I never participated in any run so far and I did not practice anything for this run. I am confident that the primary reason why I could complete this 10K run wasdue to the Hata Yoga program(april 24th to may 14th)``
