Yogasanas – Align with the Divine

The word asana literally means a posture. Out of the innumerable asanas a body can assume, 84 have been identified as Yogasanas, through which one can transform the body and mind into a possibility for ultimate well-being. Yogasanas are not exercises, but rather very subtle processes to manipulate one’s energy in a particular direction. Practicing Yogasanas helps you take charge of your life.

In an untrained state, the human body is a constant manifestation of various levels of compulsiveness. By consciously forming the body into a certain posture, one creates a conducive passage for energy flow that can elevate one’s consciousness. Yogasanas are a way of aligning the inner system and adjusting it to the celestial geometry, thereby becoming in sync with the existence and naturally achieving a chemistry of healthfulness, joyfulness, blissfulness, and above all, balance.

The practice of Yogasanas provides countless benefits including:

Bhakti Sadhana– Bhakti means devotion – it is a completely different dimension of intelligence, a very pleasant way to exist.

Meditation (Isha Kriya)– Rooted in the timeless wisdom of the yogic sciences, Isha Kriya is a simple yet potent process, it has the potential to transform the life of anyone who is willing to invest just 12 minutes a day. The purpose of Isha Kriya is to help an individual get in touch with the source of his existence, to create life according to his own wish and vision. Daily practice of Isha Kriya brings health, dynamism, peace and wellbeing. It is a powerful tool to cope with the hectic pace of modern life.

Bhastrika kriya is a very powerful spiritual possibility being offered for the first time. It purifies the blood so naturally breathing and respiration will be better. It increases lung capacity and relaxes the whole system. Helps relieve Asthma, Allergy, Sinusitis, Diabetes, Hormonal imbalance and Skin ailments.

b) Attendance is compulsory for all the sessions.

e) Bring Yoga mat (compulsary) and cushion (if necessary).
