What is Classical Hatha Yoga ?

Hatha Yoga is essentially designed to enhance the human mechanism.The human mechanism is a replica of how this universe functions. The cosmic bodies The Sun & The Moon are so core to the system of Hatha Yoga that it is named after them: ‘Ha’ means the sun and ‘tha’ refers to the moon. ‘Ha-tha’ means to bring a certain cohesiveness between these two major forces that make this body.
